Designed by American custom knife maker James Helm, the Boker Plus Little Rok is a rugged, utilitarian drop point that feels at home as a field knife or tactical fixed blade. The Little Rok has a full tang blade of SK-85 carbon steel and green canvas Micarta handle scales. Brand new, direct from Boker Knives. Blade: Simple and straightforward the drop point SK-85 blade has a very high saber grind for optimal slicing and durability and comes equipped with a wear resistant black powder coat finish that is non-reflective and corrosion resistant. Handle: Attached to the full tang with flared stainless steel rivets the canvas Micarta scales are neutral in design to accommodate multiple grips. Micarta offers traction even when wet, while the contoured scales are comfortable during extended use. Carries via a molded Kydex sheath with removable belt clip. SK-85 Carbon Steel: A.K.A. W108, SK5 is a Japanese water hardening tool steel used in knives, tools, and springs. This is a simple carbon steel like the 10XX series with higher alloy content for better performance. Used where toughness is the highest priority. Requires care to prevent corrosion.
