High-Performance Steel

Featuring superior toughness, excellent hardness and great wear resistance, S30V steel has high amounts of carbon and vanadium to provide superior edge-holding and abrasion resistance. S30V steel also offers users great corrosion resistance and improved ductility. With a chemical composition to prove it, S30V is a premium, high-performing steel great for everyday use.

Coated Blades

Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating is often even tougher than the blade steel underneath it. DLC-coated blades offer extra hardness, high corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and a low friction coefficient so particles do not easily attach to the blade. DLC coatings display properties similar to a natural diamond that add beauty and attractive shine.

Fast Deployment

Using a torsion bar to move the blade out of the handle, Kershaw’s revolutionary SpeedSafe Assisted Opening system enables smooth, secure, fast one-handed blade deployment. Apply manual pressure to the flipper or thumb stud with a light push or pull back to overcome resistance of the torsion bar, and the blade opens smoothly and locks into place for confident handling without premature closure.

Secure Locking System

With two steel plates, or liners, on the inside of each handle scale, the liner locking system safely secures the blade open and prevents unwanted blade closure. The lockbar butts up against the blade’s backend to prevent closure, and angles or is bent towards the blade tang creating a bias locked position. Apply manual force to move the lockbar to the side and fold the blade back into the handle.

Exceptional Quality

One-Handed

G-10

Clip

Knives with SpeedSafe open have two options for one-handed blade deployment. To activate the smooth, instant open, user can push a thumbstud or press a flipper. The flipper on SpeedSafe assisted knives is easy to operate by both left- and right-handed users. And, once blade swings open and locks into place, flipper either disappears for aesthetics or remains visible for added finger protection.

G-10 is a laminate composite, epoxy-filled woven glass fiber that is extremely stable, very lightweight, tough, hard, strong and unaffected by temperature changes. G-10 handles can be decoratively tinted, ground or polished in checkering, lines or other patterns to add texture. Excellent for heavy-use, tactical or utility knives, G-10 can be machined into shape providing a stronger grip.

Kershaw designs pocketclips to fit specific knives according to their weight, intended end use, size, style and hardware. Some knives have multiple carry options, others are more streamlined. The 4-position pocketclip allows tip-up or tip-down carry on both the right and left sides, providing users the most versatility. Proper use of the pocketclip promotes safety and efficiency while using knife.

Great knife, solid build
4 Stars
Great knife, solid build
So I'm gonna start with the negative cause it's the only one I have, mine arrived horribly centered, it was so bad that the blade was actually rubbing against the liner and it put a small scratch on the blade, I fixed it the best I could but it doesn't seem possible for me to center it perfectly without it being too tight and making the blade deploy unreliably, I'm not sure if something is warped or what, with that said with knife centered as best as I could get there is zero blade play, totally solid which is in line with the rest of the blade. So now with the rest of the knife, which is fantastic otherwise, the knife is a tank, the handle is thick and has great jimping, not at all sharp but very aggressive, the knife isn't going anywhere in your hand and you have three grip positions, your standard grip on the scales, a finer detail grip using the thumb ramp on the blade itself, and a reverse grip using the jimping on the butt of the knife handle. It's very nice having multiple different ways to handle the knife and the ergonomics of the handle are perfect for me and I have noticed no hot spots. the blade itself is about 3.3 inches and very thick for a folding knife, there's a very small recurve which doesn't seem like it would add much to the cutting edge but when your actually using the knife it feels like miles on the edge. It's coated using Tungsten DLC which is there to add durability to the blade but sadly doesn't add much to the corrosion resistance so when you oil it I'd suggest oiling the whole blade including the coated area. The knife uses Kershaw/ZT's speedsafe assisted opening so deployment is very easy and smooth and has some real snap to it, I have some issues with my hands so this very nice as sometimes I just cant get a good pull/flick on non assisted blades. It sadly only has a liner lock which isn't super strong as some videos online will show you, with that said frankly anything you would do that would cause the liner to give out on you should probably have a fixed blade for anyway so you can't really fault the knife for being what it is. overall it's a great light to medium duty folder, it's built like a tank and even though the liner lock may release under undue stress nothing on here is gonna break on you, being how thick it is it may be a little large for some people's edc, it's not gigantic but you may lose a pocket to her, the pocket clip is fully ambidextrous and supports both tip up and tip down carry adding to the versatility of the blade. I highly recommend this knife just be aware ZT's quality control may be of some question.

I bought this knife a few years ago and it just wasn't up to snuff. It didn't feel right in my hand, too stiff to close and it was just too big to keep. I returned it.
Two days ago I thought I'd give it another chance and today I received it. What a difference a few years makes! This is incredibly well built, easy to deploy, easy to close, easy to carry and very sharp. And it does not feel "too big" whatsoever. The only thing I'd change would be to round out the flipper tab. It's kind of sharp compared to the rest of the knife.

I have wanted to purchase a Zero Tolerance 0350 knife for as long as I can remember. No real reason that held me back, especially since I continue to procure other knives from other companies for EDC, hunting, bug-out, utility and just for collection. I had been feeling a bit uneasy after reading all of the negative reviews regarding the counterfeit products circulating not just in Amazon, but in other sources, too. Fortunately, I was able to confirm that the 0350TS I purchased is a legitimate Zero Tolerance knife, after evaluating mine against others online, and then after contacting ZT. The knife fits comfortably in my hand, when closed or with the blade deployed. The G-10 scaling offers the right amount of tactile grip that there is no slipping in my hand. The blade is wicked sharp. Out of habit, I ran it on my ceramic rod and then a few strop passes, but honestly, that was unnecessary, but just a habit, as I noted. The Tiger Strip looks awesome! The knife is much smaller than my 0300, which is one of my favorites, but the 0350 actually fits my frame and hands better. The only thing I would have liked to change, which I may, is a longer pocket clip. The current clip provides strong retention, even in lightweight shorts, but I would feel more confident if the clip was another inch longer. Finally, the price is a steal! I recommend this knife without hesitation. I may even buy another one, in the all black-out finish. As with any knife purchased online, and not direct from the manufacturer, be sure to confirm the authenticity of it upon receipt.

This is my knife. I use it everyday. From cutting open packages, prying nails out of the floor, chiseling out piece of old floor with a hammer (not recommended by the company nor me) ZT knocked it out of the park with this knife. It feels great in the hand. The G10 handles really absorb impact as well as dissipate any moisture between your skin and handle surface. One of my biggest issues with folding knives is the pocket clip, this is a non-issue for the ZT, the clip is very low profile and works very well. The design of the handle is incredible. The gimping in the handle allows for a great grip and more control during any type of delicate work. On the flip side in a reverse style grip, your hand almost knows where to go for the best handle. There is gimping on the butt for your thumb, for extra stability and control as well. The blade itself is re-curveish... it has drop point characteristics, but overall just outstanding. The tip allows for drilling and a heavy/fat type belly allows for more heft during slashing/cutting. Also the one hand speed safe open a Kershaw design I love, seems to be perfected in this ZT model. The blade coating is cool, it does take scratches and scuffs but taking care of your knife like you should will keep the majority of these blemishes to a minimum. There really aren't many knives that compare to the ZT. It's superior design and steel (tool steel I believe) proves that spending a little more to get a quality knife equates to better use and better results in your use. My small gripe is that when I was using the knife improperly (ie using it as a chisel and hitting it with a hammer) which nobody should do. The locking mechanism unlocked a few times, and the blade partially closed. Now obviously you shouldn't do this, but in reality if it's the only tool you have in an emergency it should hold up to the impact that you can impose. I do own a CRKT M16 with an AUTO lock system that I think Zero Tolerance can improve upon and use with these knives to make this knife as strong as a fixed blade. All in all you're paying for HIGH quality design and high quality steel. You get it. Fantastic knife.

The 0350 ZT comes in different styles and this particular style is quite nice. The tiger striping is quite stunning and perfectly executed, there are no flaws, this is not cheaply made. It opens quickly and easily and is razor sharp out of the box. If you have any experience with Kershaw, you know their knives are one of the top popular brands. The ZT line is a no nonsense line which are overbuilt and rugged and the next level above their normal brands and the ZT line is made in the USA. The 0350 is near the lower price end of the ZT line but you wouldn't know it by the apparent quality, feel, heft, sharpness and overall bad ass appearance of this knife. Small and light enough for EDC but not so high end that you might be afraid to use it.

This would be a good introductory knife to the ZT line at around $150, the ZT line bottoms at around $100 and even those knives are superb, I started at the $100 ZT level with the tanto 0400 serrated folder. It is also a rugged and superbly made knife. I own eight ZT knives now and am hooked. This knife came in brand new flawless condition and Thompson Tools did a nice job getting it to me quickly.

Kershaw has a lifetime warranty, so if you ever need to have it repaired or sharpened, just send it to them and they take care of it. They can be found on Facebook and there they will answer all of your questions. I like to post pictures of my collection there and find it is nice to be able to ask questions about new knives coming out and the availability of other knives I am looking for.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Folder EVER

- Wertige Verarbeitung
- für ein Klappmesser Extrem Stabil
- Klinge aus Pulvermetallurgischem S30V Stahl.
- Lebenslange Garantie vom Hersteller Zero Tolerance.

Nachteile.
